The First 15 contestants and mothers to sign up will receive a gift.

We encourage every contestant to collect as many donations to Joanna McAfee Childhood Cancer Foundation as they can. You can download a "Donation Log" to turn in with your donations to ensure that all donors are recognized by WWP and receive their tax information.

You can download the Donation Log Form Here. The form is in XLS format, which will require that you have Microsoft Excel or the free OpenOffice Suite.
